In each of the quarters of Paris, the covered food markets are open every day except Sunday afternoon and Monday morning. The open air markets are generally held three times a week in the morning.
As for the flea markets, these you will mostly find open on Satudays, Sundays and Mondays from 10.00 to 18.00
